Charter 1: Human Rights

The foundation of the HOA system encompasses fundamental human rights. Without a strong commitment to uphold human rights, no system can survive. Adopted from the Universal Declaration of Human Rights by the United Nations in 1948, the following is meant to provide freedom to everyone, regardless of race, origin, gender and ethnicity without retribution from anyone, anywhere. The Italic fonts are from the UN, but in 2015 it is not enough, therefore, the bold text is added to strengthen these rights. This Charter of Human Rights need to be change with time, but can only be changed or amended if said change is to strengthen the right of the individual and society as a whole.
