Chapter 3: Council of Advisors

In order for all members of the HOA to be fully apprised of the issues on which they are voting, it is important for every HOA to have a panel of advisors to provide useful information. These advisors would be screened, based on a predetermined set of criteria voted upon by the HOA to help ensure that said advisors are as unbiased as possible. The council of advisors would consist of economists, sociologists, historians, educators, philosophers, and scientists. Their job is to help the HOA to make the best decisions for the future of their country. The HOA is to decide the academic background of the council of advisors. Also, if any one council member is proved to be biased and ideological in his or her thinking after selection, that advisor will be immediately removed from the council. Thus, the main objective of the council is to enhance the credibility of the system and practical viability of the decision making processes with the help of their knowledge, insight and expertise.
